What my food in-take is like 5 to 6 days a week

4oz London Broil(Or top sirloin depending whats on sale)
2 small bowls of green or red leaf salad(feat whole grain croutons & vinaigrette dressing)
1/2 a cup of brown rice
6oz fruit salad
8oz random vegtables
1 cup of oatmeal
and 2oz of smokehouse almonds
